Are there any concrete evidence like money trail, etc other than the words of a drug lord?

What Gen. Bato is doing is more on leading the people towards character assassination rather than giving credible evidence.
I am in favoring of revealing more details/facts to clear everything up.

The people especially the majority in the City that voted for Tomas deserve to know the truth/facts.

I think that Rama is not even an issue here. Unsa man ang labot ni Rama ini? He has already been named a drug protector. He has his own problems. This is a different issue altogether, But sakto ka, this is better resolved soonest so that dili na ta mabitin. But at least now we know that it was Duterte himself who clipped Tomas' police powers so he is for sure not in the good graces of Digong.

Digong is fighting wars on many fronts. You have drugs, rebels, corruption, etc, etc. So Tomas is not the priority. Small fry ra cya He will have to wait his turn. So in the meantime, Tomas will just have to grin and bear it like a man. At least, he has not been named a drug protector like Rama, di ba? But I think the message being sent to him by Digong is loud and clear. Dali ra masabtan. Ang pangutana, kasabot ba siya?

-Pres DU30 isn't shy of naming names be it famous or political

However ased on PNP's press earlier when the withdrawal of authority began, there was gross misinformation as I personally have witnessed PNP personnel utilizing vehicles with City Hall stickers. So I would assume either:
-na a gyuy nag dumot sa PNP ni Tomas
-there is a more deeper issue we don't know about

As far as I can assume, Tomas' must be on one of the list you mentioned (drugs, rebels, corruption) for pulling out his authority on the local police though I have my doubts and I hope proof can be given soon because if he has done something heinous, then by all means, replace him as mayor considering Cebu City is one of the most economically important city in the entire nation.

Sorry, am not Bobby and Bobby does speak or write as good english as me, from what I have read from his columns. And yes, I really hope Duterte does as you suggest. Biased media has no place in our society. At least we agree on one thing. If a media outlet is biased, then people will stop reading/watching/listening and the business will loss money and close down. If a public official is biased, like spreading lies and half truths on social media and deleting criticism and negative posts from his facebook acount, yes he will be able to fool some people some of the time but he will eventually get what is coming to him by the next election. In the case Tomas, he will have his day too.

Si Digong ra jud mismo ang nagsulti nga busy cya ni De Lima nya iya pa ukayon balik ang Napoles case kay daghan apil pud si De Lima didto. I think the reasons for taking away the police power of Tomas has been covered by media, so dili na kinhanglan hisgotan ug usab, although dili man ka mo tuo sa media diay. As you say, Cebu is one of the most economically important cities in the country so you can be sure Digong is monitoring Cebu and knows what is going on here. Kung nakauyon pa cya si Tomas, dili jud mahilabtan iyang police power. Upan naa man nakit-an si Digong ni Tomas nga wala cya ka uyon, so mao na ni ron. If you you think all these has been happening without the presidents knowledge and approval, think again, and don't underestimate Digong.

As for proof, Digong or Bato will present it if they are good and ready and if they have it at all. If you really are a Duterte supporter, then have faith in him. If you do not support Duterte and his methods, then though luck. You are in for a long 6 years.
