these are just my observations, i may be wrong but this is just what i came up following the recent pres. news....IMO.....

    Sen. MDS
nothing much to say about her, guess she ran out of time in governance/politics ;p

    Sen. GPoe
she has the motivation and will but, she is just a small fry...based on the debate, most of her concern (e.g. free food, freedom of info and so on) are points that are in the low priority issues plaguing the nation..... at her current state, she can't handle fighting crime/corruption which to me is the highest priority at the current state of the nation...she will get overwhelmed and can't handle the pressure due to lack of judgement/instinct which u get through experience, which then will lead to indecisiveness and her getting higher chance of making more wrong choices.

for me its just between the gentlemen below.......

    Binay, Roxas(BinRox)
    Statistics/Numbers
they know statistics/numbers, since they are so used to this style(i.e. ran by the numbers)....in most cases ,those statistics came to their desk, then after seeing the numbers they will then tell the people of the good points out of those reports and will get credit of the good points....BUT, a few questions....... did those statistics matter? did it create a big impact to the people? did you see a significant change in the people and their environment/area?

    i will put it this way....report is sent to their office (Binay/Roxas) that a certain budget was given to Mindanao, then;

Nagamit ba sa intended purpose ang budget? and so on....

    Crime in general
    Drugs/Fight vs Corruption
lambat-sibat....... again, my questions...did those statistics matter? did it create a big impact to the people? did you see a significant change in the people and their environment/area?

    Mayor Duterte
    Statistics/Numbers
i can see that he doesn't care for all this BS on the reports, coz he always knew that those were all miss leading..why is this so?....... to him this does not matter unless their is a significant change seen in the lives of all Pinoys....a good example is taken from the 1st Pres. debate, about the budget allocated to Mindanao....it was said that the budget was given to Mindanao, yes it is true, budget was given....BUT, Mayor Duterte knows that the budget was not used to its intended purpose, coz he knew that it went to the corrupt hands, its a no brainer for Duterte. Hence, no significant change can be seen that changed people's lives in Mindanao, so statistics doesn't matter at all its just all sugar coating.

    Crime in general
again Mayor Duterte won't look at the numbers/statistics, instead ..........1) he will ask the people few questions like, if they feel safe in their area?.... if they are comfortable in their environment/area? ....if they are taken care of by public offices the right way? and so on......2) only if the people answer positively to those questions, then he can tell if his methods were working or not, if not then revise the methods then again go to point (1) ask questions to the people then point (2), just repeat the cycle.

ty all for reading, and i may be wrong but this is my observations nga maoy hinongdan nga akong vote goes to duterte

Sakto,,naay GPoe murag mura ng si Chis Escodero ug tuno, daghan siya point na sulti na importante pero general ra kaayo iyang point.

Much better she technically talk in detailed solution.

Di sama ni Du30 direct kaayo,,like word na pa utang,, iyang solution tabangan mga tawo to build a cooperative which didto na sila mag utang,,ila pani own business nag help nila,,naay cycle ba.

Mag talk tag mis management sa government,,Federalism is a solution to him which mas fair ang distribution and faster ang action than centralized.
