help ipod mini!!!!

ipod mini will not detect on pc..on the screen of ipod ders a sad face icon..tried resetting ipod but same issue..anybody knows how to solve dis one??any suggestions??
if needed repair, where can i get my ipod repaired?? thanks..

you can take it to apple but they charge 8k+ for repair if u dont have warrenty.. shame i think u droped it and broke the harddrive. thats why even restore wont fix it.

hmm.. try this.. while connecting ur ipod on ur PC, restart your computer without
dettaching ur ipod.. then open itunes.. try lang daw usahay ingana akoa
