gud am/pm... ask tako if maka damage ba sa unit cege og shutdown for long press.... i have a screenshot below mao ni hinongdan nga mag cege HANG-UP ako unit UNSA KAHA cause ani niya.... mokalit lang og pop-up sa screen bisag wala ko nag open og apps.... pls... thank you.... mga sir/mams..

sir,... maong mag force shutdown ko kai ungot gyud ang cursor deli gyud siya ma irog tungod lagi ana sa screnshot ako gipost bisag wala koi apps gamiton mogawas na siya sa screen then mo slow motion iyang cursor gahi na ma irog..

og restart nako ma ulian then mubalik mga 4 to 5 hours deli kaha ni virus mga sir/mams salamat

you need to downgrade basig dli kaya sa imong laptop ang windows 8.. mao nang moungot

virus and malware ni klaro kaayo. padagani ug combofix in safe mode

Try disabling Windows desktop manager in the list of running services.

I am not a user of Win8 but the steps are

Start>type services.msc>look for "Desktop Windows Manager Session Manager">right click Properties then disable.

Or you can try to disable it temporarily in the task manager by right clicking dwm.exe and "end process tree"
