2.Maximum of 3 islands only ( caohagan, hilutungan, nalusuan and pandanon ).
3.If you choose not to enter or not to pay for entrance fee of the island then our boatman will bring you to the area where it is only allowed for you and your company to swim.
4. Full payment or 50% downpayment is required to secure boat reservation.
5. The 50% downpayment will act as your cancelation fee if there is " NO SHOW CUSTOMER" in scheduled date.
6. Your payment is 100% refundable if the coast guard will not allow the trip on that day for any reasons and if you will cancel your tour 3 days before your scheduled date.
7. Rescheduling your tour for any reasons is allowed 2 days before your scheduled date.
8. We are not liable or accountable for any lost of valueble things during and after the tour. It should always be the guest or client responsiblity to watch for there valueble things.
9. There will be a damage fee for all equipment lost or damaged. ( damage fee will depends on the damage done or the value of things lost )
