Help Istoryans! Saon man ni namo pag solve ang bookeeper sa akng ma2 na dili mi kasalig? Akng ma2 iya ra man pasalig saligan ug amo na pangutan-on about sa mga transaction niya mo ingon raman na siya ray bahala ug dili nami pasukit sukiton ug pangutana, nga kun unsa iya pangayoon ug ipa process nya sugot ra akng ma2 dayn. 1) Before going anywhere else, siguroa nga kasabot mo sa concept sa "Accounting" (need not to be well versed jud, basta kasabot lang).

2) Go into some sort of "audit". Check lang ang trail sa mga transactions and see if authorized ba ang mga payment (esp the big amounts). And see where the purchased items are going... kay basin valid ra.

3) Naa mo'y voucher/disbursement forms? If wala, do one. If naa na, ig-prepare niya sa payments, ipa-check usa by one of you before mo-sign sa cheque si Mader. (simple internal control ni siya.)

4) Kung tinood nga naa jud anomaliya nga gibuhat ang bookkeeper, tan-awa kung unsa ka daku. Kay kung gamay ra, basig sipyat ra na, dili jud anomaliya bah. If daku jud, aw.... interview'ha lang. If klaru na jud, aw, pabayara then terminate'ta or else, ipa-blotter!

The funny question is... kinsa ma'y trustworthy sa mata ni Mader? Ang bookkeeper or si TS ?
