Unfortunately, a DSL provider without a contract is non-existent. It takes money to set up a DSL connection which is why ISPs have a contract. From what I know, some ISPs do not earn profit until after your contract expires. That should give us an idea as to how much it costs them to give us DSL.

i just thought about it because other countries has it man gud, i think its good to have dsl service na walay contract here as well to make sure that dsl companies are providing as excellent dsl service, i think
