    I drove to sweden yesterday, first time nako nag cheat meal since we started this thread. I didnīt eat anything after that(tasted some ribs but not meal). the worst thing is I ended up buying 3 kilos of chocolates and 3 cases of soft drinks. lol! I wonīt cheat though. hapit na 15th guys!!! canīt wait.

    Share ko na nagsugod ko mga last october '13. weight nako ato kay mga 86 kg. Lately sa kay nauyonan jd kaau nako ang Paleo na diet (Caveman Eating) og Crossfit training na exercise, tig gym ko sa holiday. Good luck sa tanan!

    Tried clowning today and I can't even sustain the dance routine for an hour like I used to.

    pa share mga sir mam, im a physical therapist and whats working for me is doing little amount of cardio combined with body weight training... i bought weights and a pull up machine, i made my own program since i think that each person should have a different one and lots of protein like chicken without skin or soya drink etc... im on my 4th month now from 80.something kg to 69kg, losing fats gaining muscles .. still getting stronger and lighter, never felt healthier

    Okay guys, Itīs the 15th. I started this thread so iīll go ahead and give my results first.

    Jan. 2 = 217 lbs.
    Jan. 15 = 205.6 lbs.

    weight lost = 11.4 lbs

    I had a cheat meal last night. I ate 6 pcs hot wings and Cheeseburger without the bun. Aside from that, I have not eaten rice since Jan.1. Ate foods high in fiber and a lot of veggies and fruits. 1 thing na akong na bantayan sa akong self karon is that food no longer drives my daily activities. Sauna di jud ko makabuhat anything kun di ko ka kaon bisan wa ko gutoma.

    I did this without visiting the gym yet because i want to prove na excuses like no time to exercise is not valid. you can lose weight as long as you manage what you eat.

    akong goal sa Jan. 30 kay under 200 lbs. excited!!!

    don't get too excited bai...it's just the water weight...usually happens during the 1st and 2nd month...
