It is approximately 2.70km from the new Gaisano Grand and La Nueva. The Light Industrial Park is wide, secured with perimeter interlink and concrete fences. It is surrounded by a lot of forest trees for privacy and for an environmentally friendly atmosphere.The complex is surrounded with rice fields as well for more privacy and security.
The rates are competitively and economically lower than those in the city. We prefer long term tenures and are amenable from 5 - 50 years. We are currently raising the ceiling of our main warehouse to accommodate product shelving or stacking to maximize each square meter for our valued client.
