considering that this site is a Cebu based site, speaking English doesn't have much relevance.

and the topic your thread suggests doesn't even require that a poster should be fluent in English.

i noticed that if other forumers assume a hint of racism in your post, you would either insult or redicule them
when you didn't really provided the specifics in the first place. therefore making all assumptions possible which in turn obliged you
to further elaborate instead of dismissing other forumers right in their faces because their assumption is different from what you thought of.
