I think there is no problem with the driver since it can print word...the problem is when you are going to printer and look for designated printer you can find the printer,right?

+1 ko ani.. naka AD mo diha? try daw login as you (if you have admin rights) ana nga workstation then print that same file. if mo print sakto gyud si vino kid. if dli local policy ang naka set ana nga station.

kay if mo follow ka sa policies local computer policy wins against sa AD. check2x lang nindot man pud na troubleshoot2x..

ang problema jud boss kay kung sa msword makita ang file name sa printer ug sa powerpoint dili makita ang file name kana btawng mo print ta dba file then click print. eror printer not found.

since maka print ka sa other office programs or any word processing software then let's assume nga ok ra ang printer driver.

hmmmm, in my opinion, no other suspect, ang office na or kung naa kay gi update sa office. pede ka maka initiate og repair sa office programs.
