simply purchase the windows xp serivice pack2..
.. then install it.. go to upgrade it will takes 30 - 45 min.. depende pod sa imong pc... ..

indie: basin virus na bai. sulod balik windows on safe mode unya scan im laptop. tapos e re install imo dsl software

try another laptop t.s kung same problem bah. then check sad ang mga indicator Leds sa imu modem kung unsa ang nag steady ug on or naa bay nag Blink2x nga leds. Kung maka access ka sa imu modem GUI try to check the diagnostics.
