Hard to pick a favorite. I like constellations that harbor interesting DSO's. Virgo has the photogenic Sombrero Galaxy. Canes Venatici would lead you to Whirlpool Galaxy. You can find M81 galaxy in constellation Ursa Major. And who can forget the Andromeda galaxy which you can find by following the pointer star in Cassiopeia.
