i used SetCPU for Root Users in the past, it can only control you CPU. I am using System Tuner as it can act as task manager and CPU manager among others and it is not resource hungry. but why not flash AOKP or CM? these ROMs have their own CPU manager pre-installed.

already bought the rubber one. pero murag mas ganahan ko sa bumper nga case.

bumper case won't protect your phone much... remember, most complains of nexus 4 users are the glass back.... it's very very prone to cracks jud.... not to mention, scratches and smudges...

most international users especially those in the U.S. or in Europe doesn't have any qualms on the storage itself... what they are mostly griping about lang... is the lack of LTE feature thereto on the fone itself.

am not sure if it works really since I don't have an LTE sim.

I am using AOKP and with the latest update (4.2.2) battery can now last up to 18 hrs from 12 hrs. It no longer heats up like it did in the past.
