nindot ilang homebased jobs pero mag depende sa imong team manager/team assistant ang dagan sa imong workload. gamay ra ni sila ug rate pero naay incentive scheme para madungagan imong income -- all taxable. compared to homebased transcriptionist, mas kapoy ni xa nga work. all of their homebased personnel kay niagi jud ni ug work sa innodata sa mandaue. but if you are going to be homebased you will have to resign and apply sa new company nga nagdala sa ilahang homebased... (i think it is called IBAR). i'm not sure sa complete details but this is all i know. hehehe. Overall it is a good job!

innodata perfect for experience... but not good for longterm career... been working with it since fuente days until 2008...
