@xahcz: downloaded membership form imo gi send or katong card jud nga form? kay if downloaded imo gi send, they will send you the membership card, have you fill it up first before they send your id. and if naa na nimo ang papers sa imo dog ready for transfer of ownership, ipadala na lang apil para save ka sa mailing.

ah if that is the case then expect a membership form in the mail. you should fill up the original form and send it back to them. i suggest you include the transfer of ownership na para ka usa ra nimo ug mail.

I am not a member of pcci and i am buying 2 dogs with papers.

What should i do to transfer the ownership? How much should i pay? What do i need?

What isnkennel registration?

Can we change the dog's name?

make sure the breeder/owner signs the papers at the back for transfer of ownership. you will have to apply for membership to PCCI to transfer to your name. You will need the original membership card application (you can get one in our shop), fill it up and pay the fees. you can find the fees here: Schedule of Fees
add additional 100 so they can LBC the papers back to you once transferred. kennel registration is when you breed pups of your own, you need to have a registered kennel name to register the litter. you cannot change the registered dog's name but you can give your dog a 'call name'

Hi, I went to your pet shop kanina (since i always buy stuff there) and asked for the transfer form but i was given the R-3 form and it says it has to go with R-2 form....where do i get R-2 form?

I also asked for the membership form.

Now, what should I do to start with? They said you can process it for me and i just need to pay 200(for shipping)? Is it true? D i need to pay more for your processing fee?

R-2 is found at the back of your dogs papers. just fill up the back portion and that should suffice for transfer of ownership. yes you just need to pay 200 for mailing (back and forth) and thats it. we do not charge any processing fee. it is simply a service we provide our customers.
