I have yet to find a good PDF annotation + note-taking app, any recommendations?

Ipad 3rd gen jud. I have both 2nd and 3rd gen. When u use the 3rd gen and u get used to it, pagbalik nimo lantaw sa 2nd gen, maka ingon kag blurred. I use merriam dictionary, converter, calculator, ibooks, and lots of games like fieldrunners2, infinity blade2, kingdom rush. Just to name a few.
