Laundry business.. i think mas less maintenance cost

I am planning for Laundry Business. However, it might be very difficult for us to track down everything since we (me, wife and kids) are staying here in abroad. What do you think guys? Mas maayo kaha paabangan nalang to nku ang akong space sa akong apartment or mag tokod ko akong business and pabantayan lang nku?
Akong apartment has 17rooms with attached toilet + AC, no space for laundry, so ang mga lodgers walay choice, magpalaba gyud. Plus diha na area, puro boarding house diha, nagkatag lang.
Note:
Ang apartment under construction pa approx. 75% na ang human. Ang atobangan duna pay space for commercial (like Internet cafe or laundry). one floor lang ang design sa atobangan.
mas better dako ka space para air-dry... optional nlng ang dryer.... ok ra ng topload na big capacity pero dapat naay agitator... mahal mahal gud ang front load...
ako, roi, n-paid nako akong multicab in 12months... n-paid nko akong mga machines in 6 months time... so now, revenue-overhead cost =profit nko...
ginancya nko og multicab n 3 machines...
dapat lng gyud mu-work on ka sa imong customer service, tagaan nimo cla importancya... ilang mga nids, special request and complains... naa gyud kay record sa imong customer para f d na cla plaba nimo, tink why... so u can do better in other services...
i have laundry biz ang computer biz... alkansihon ko sa computer, maintenance pa og daghan nsd competition.. i dont want to lower my price ever man gud... if u lower ur price, mura ka ni affirm na imong service gi-offer dili ka-pantay sa imong competition...

depende sa lugar TS. both i think are very profitable
kung maka decide mo mag laundry shop give me a text kay naa ko mga equipment diri and makatabang pa ko ninyo sa pag setup. i used to have a laundry shop, but close na kay no more space for air drying and concentrate other business. i just want to dispose the equipment.
