we'll see lang unya... think, this is gonna be a good movie....
I share digital superman's sentiments.
I had hoped that Ghost Rider will be just as stimulating as Spider-Man and the Hulk but for me it seems to follow the other Marvel comics-crossing-over-to-film products such as Daredevil (not surprising since Daredevil and Ghost Rider have the same director/writer <gasp!>) which points to a weakness in the overall story and plot development.
I would like to post a more detailed critical analysis of this film but I won't since a) I'm not being paid to do this and b) I wouldn't want to spoil it for anybody.
(The Hidden should have remained 'hidden', for their own sakes. Ghost Rider was picking them off one by one likes daisies!)
Let it be suffice to say that I expected a lot more action. I was looking forward to dangerous, diabolical, episodes of mass destruction and mayhem in biblical proportions between the Hosts and Hordes of Heaven and Hell with Ghost Rider, his Hellfire and his mean-ass bike right in the middle.
That's it! More fight scenes! Particularly with his bike~! If anybody wants to have a glimmer of an idea what I am talking about, watch Torque or Ultraviolet. Good examples of bicycle violence to the nth degree.
Oh well, I guess we could only hope for Ghost Rider 2.
I give it a mediocre 2.5 out of 5.

yeah.. when i heard that both the writer and the director are the one's who did daredevil, i came up with a conclusion that it would be as disappointing as the daredevil..i hoped that i was wrong but to my astonishment i was right..Originally Posted by diem
