frustrating ang mag call center woi..if you're a college grad, better work in a field na related sa imu course..

naa ra na sa mindset nimo. if makatabang jud ka sa family or to your self by being a call center agent, why not? ang lisod lang for me ay ang sige nightshift. i quit cause of this nightshift duty. but the job in general is not that hard when you get use to it.
anyways, wala man pud job na madali.
on the flip side ma pay off ra mn sad ang kalisod ky mejo taas mn gamay sa minimum wage ang sweldo..ang trabaho ends when you logout, dli na madala sa balay ang trabaho..mostly, 2 days ang off..if pang gabii ka, walay traffic ug dli init mag commute unlike sa ordinary day jobs..
og naa pay jeep... haha! dmd taxi oi...

When I started sa BPO, I felt so frustrated coz wala nako napractice akong profession and I thought it was a dead end for me na. I really thought it was just another no-brainer job and that makabugo siya kadugayan. Little did I know, there was more to it than what most people perceive it to be. Very diverse bya jud ang scope sa outsourcing and you can definitely find the right career path for yourself only if you put your heart into it. Now, I couldn't be prouder of my job knowing that not most people can make it in our industry. Way to go to all BPO Employees!!!![]()
