We are searching engineers in these areas:
1. Java developers with WebSphere experience (preferably WAS 8 )

Basic competences:

Laboratory Support / Tools Development (2)
Role:
• R&D Laboratory Administrations, Configurations, Maintenance, Troubleshooting,
Upgrades
• Both HW and SW related tasks
• R&D Testing Teams Supporting
Basic competence:
• Strong technical background in telecommunications
• Knowledge in mobile networks (2G, 3G, 4G)
• Knowledge in network elements (Core, Radio, Services)
• Knowledge in telecommunication protocols
• Understanding of IP technology
• Basic skills in scripting
Detailed Competence (platforms):
• Digital Switching environments like: DX200, IPA2800, FlexiPlatforms (NEP specific
products)
• Blade and Server Systems (HP, IBM, SUN)
• Storage systems (HP, EMC)
• Windows/Linux
• Cisco, Juniper

Project Managers (5 to 6)
Requirements:
• At least 3 year experience on similar position, 5 years recommended
• Very good knowledge of project management issues
• Experience in managing a team of people
• Willingness to undertake new challenges, to learn, etc.
• Readiness for contacts with the customer
• Fluent English
• Technical expertise from the RA area unnecessary
• Availability
• Creativity and willingness to improve
• Possibility of traveling to Europe for a few months training
• High ownership level
Additional assets:
• Knowledge about fixed and radio telecommunication solutions
• IPMA D+, PRINCE 2 certificate

Analysts (4)
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in creation of technical documentation, 5 years
recommended
• Analytical skills
• Good written and spoken English
• Good communication and elicitation skills
• Knowledge of software development process
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Higher, technical education or students of the last year of Computer Science,
Telecommunication or related
• Availability
• Creativity and willingness to improve
• Good Linux operation system & environment knowledge
• Possibility of traveling to Europe for a few months training
• High ownership level
Additional assets:
• Knowledge about fixed and radio telecommunication solutions
• Experience in requirement analysis
• Knowledge of UML
• Basic level of programming skills (C++, Java)
Main responsibilities
• Participates in feature specification process (design, documentation)

Java Developers (1)
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience in commercial software development, 5 years
recommended
• good knowledge of JSE/JEE (Swing, JSP, MVC model, XML)
• Good English (spoken and written),
• higher, technical education of Computer Science, Telecommunication or related
• creativity and willingness to improve
• availability
• Good Linux operation system & environment knowledge
• Possibility of traveling to Europe for a few months training
• High ownership level
Main responsibilities
• participates in software development (design, code writing, unit/module testing,
documentation)

C++ Developers (7)
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience in software development (experience in several
medium/large projects expected)
• very good knowledge of C/C++ object-oriented programming
• experienced in multithreading programming
• fluent English
• higher, technical education of Computer Science, Telecommunication or related
• good expertise in the software development process (Waterfall, Scrum)
• availability
• creativity and willingness to improve drive and capability to make independent
decisions
• Good Linux operation system & environment knowledge
• Possibility of traveling to Europe for a few months training
• Main responsibilities
• participates in software development (design, code writing, unit/module testing,
documentation)
• participates in system specification and design, project planning and
management
• provides expert guidance for planning and analysis
• provides consultancy in a certain area of expertise
• interpret requirements into preferable technical solution and drive the
architecture and its design phases

Lab Support Specialist (2)
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years commercial experience in area, 5 years recommended
• Very good knowledge of Linux operating system
• Good knowledge of issues associated with the construction and operation
of PCs,
• Knowledge of the physical infrastructure of the LAN field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Accuracy, scrupulosity, regularity
• Ability of teamwork
• Good English knowledge
• Good Linux operation system & environment knowledge
• Possibility of traveling to Europe for a few months training
• High ownership level
Additional assets:
• Knowledge of network protocols
• Ability of fast learning
• Experience in the purchasing of computer hardware and software

System Architects/ Developers (2)
IP basics includes understanding of:
• IP forwarding principles as longest prefix match (LPM)
• IP and Ethernet address resolution (ARP)
• Purpose of dynamic routing protocols
• QoS handling through DiffServ (DSCP)
• Difference between IPv4 and IPv6
Linux basics includes understanding of:
• Linux installation
• IP configuration of Linux
• Socket programming
• Design, compile and install simple network application
• Experienced manager with technical background.
• >3 year of experience as embedded SW designer.
• >2 year of experience as system manager.
