im not a member of this organization, but if you'll read sa post, murag technicality ra ang pagka-revoked sa registration, its something that can easily be fix by simply submitting proper documents.

registration expired 2009 and now it's 2012 still not registered but business as usual , issued date from SEC March 06, 2012....

this is partly a fault of the SEC. there is a reg no., san nila nakuha yun, sa SEC rin diba? though that expired 2009, wala diay way ang SEC to check if such business is still operating on revoked license?
