for the seller and buyer, i think much better if they try to settle the problem to themselves lang, although it's good na naaware pod ta tanan diri. ug better sad na makahibaw sad ta sa pikas side, dili sad pod ta magname names kay basin diay naa poy rason/punto ang buyer, di ba? sa gisulti pa ni hershey sa babaw, there are 2 sides of a coin.

another experience is naa ko customer nga 2 hours hapit nag testing tapos nihatag pa jud ko ug 1 day warranty. after 1 day and 1 hour mi text nako nga iuli ang unit kay di daw sila ka download ug apps. alang kay di man compatible sa iOS before sila nipalit they know what the iOS of my unit is and ako gi advisan nga sila na lay pa upgrade, restore and re-jailbreak ni ok man sad sila I even gave them the cell number sa ako suki nga 200.00 ra ang charger sa 3-1 job (restore, ios upgrade, jailbreak) apan kulit man jud nga iya iuli, ako na lang giubanan tapos ako pay nagbayad human ayha pa nakontento....

mao for me, as a seller i always think that my responsibilty does not end after the deal is closed... i thonk of going the extra mile... di man tuod ko mouli dayon sa money (especially if human na ang warranty period), ako sa i assist ako customer nga ma solve ila problem if wa na juy kasulbaran tapos wala pa na expire ako warranty given, aw, walay last resort but iuli ang money...

for the buyer...ma'am,fyi ana jud na ang android bsta icharge nmu d jud na xa mufunction og tarung as far as i know...ky i've been using android phones..and mao jud na ako mbantayan and maybe sa charger cguro pud ky dli man orig ako gamit...so kung mgcharge ka ayaw jud hilabti..d na siya daot or naa defect..normal rjud na...and naa man kha ka galaxy ace pud y wala nmu gigamit ang charger...ryt
