Hi peeps! sorry for the late reply. I just want to update the available rooms since some are already occupied. Here are the ones left as of this morning:

Ground floor:

2nd Floor:
- Studio style Bachelor's Pad -Php8500.00
-Small room with common CR -Php2500.00
-Room with common CR -Php4500.00

If you want to get a garage, that will be additional Php500.00

As for the location, we are located at 11 Sanson Road Lahug. Go to Jysquare and look for the gas station across it. Go inside that road (sanson road) and look for a Blue and white house on the right side with the gate number 11. Inquire inside the first unit and look for the caretaker named Angie.
