Microsoft Announces Gaming on Zune

Jan. 8 (Bloomberg) -- Microsoft Corp., the world's largest software maker, will introduce video games for its Zune music player within 18 months to match features available on Apple Computer Inc.'s dominant iPod.

Peter Moore, a vice president in the company's Xbox video- game business, confirmed the plan yesterday, saying the Zune's large screen will offer a better way to play handheld games. He didn't specify what games would be offered.

the branding [ZUNE] is unappealing to me, and i'm pretty sure that once this is released by November APPLE will also release a ZUNE-killer Ipod =)

They Apple Inc. doesn't need to release like Zune's mp3.. coz they're already have iPhone... w/c is more advantage than Zune...

for me, ok raman wala wifi. anybody can get songs thru the net easily. what concerns me is the capacity, screen size and audio quality.

bought a zune black from TWISTED... nindot as in.. i have both ipod classic video and this ZUNE player... dako ug screen pero bagaa gyud hinouon but the weight its amazingly light... but if comparing zune to the IPHONE... aww of course... naa na guy phone capabilities... patay gyud ang zune...
