this is the scenario.
naa ko 2 pc. wanted to transfer files from pc 1 to pc 2.
tried to take the slave drive from pc 1 and transferd it to pc 2 which has no slave drive. didnt work
try to put everything back to its original form. pc 1 is good. pc 2 wont seem to detect the hard disk.
i put it exactly the way it was. im lost.

tan awa na imo files sa hdd kun ntfs ba ug fat32 mao di magkitaay, nya check ang jumper sa hdd kun nabutang ba sa slave una nimo itaud.

nakasuway na man ko og FAT32 and NTFS nagtupad, ok ra man siya inside WINXP environment. Sa WIN98 ra di makit.an ang NTFS..

Try daw tan.awa imu jumper matod pa ni gtjr_ph.
also, try putting the HDD @ the second IDE. Slaves can be detected even without a Master. Tangtanga lang ang CDROM kay transfer ra man og files from HDD - HDD.
Try checking the IDE Bus. katong iya cable if sakto pagkabutang and fit jud sa iya slot both on HDD and for Motherboard.

thanx for the reply. gi dala nako sa nutech. turns out ang wire man daw defective. must be the wire gyud kai ni andar naman. thanx again for the reply.
