As what some books claim nga they are made of highest materials mixed into like cement, some say clay, some say it was made of sand hardened by fire. But a science book proved that the limestone blocks were cast in situ using man-made stones which look exactly like natural rocks. Was also made or molded from the place they created the pyramid... so, they have to use logs to roll them from place to place. Talk about hard labor... hehehe.

actually it's made of lime stones quarried a few kilometers from the site of the pyramids.

egyptians says that the stones like the the red granite( 1m x1m x2m) in size was taken from a site around 800KM south of Giza (the place where the great pyramid is built) they use a boat to transport it via river nile.

There was a discovery that was part of the temple of abydos that slaves weren't doing all the labor carrying the stones... mysteries said that there was (picture below) a helicopter-like was carrying all those huge stones, erecting the giant statues. Mystery or not... get this also, they have the shiniest marble tiles/floor, good chemistry, mathematical equations that lept from few centuries or to early humans that no one knows how/why they started or discovered "scientific" evolution.

im reading it now..Book 2 of the Earth Chronicles is Stairway to Heaven which concentrates on who built the pyramids and what was/is its use other than a tomb..very provocative theories
