Anyway, another thing I want everyone to know and point out..This is the only center that changes schedule every week. kami tawn mga agents samot ka stress kay usahay mu work ug 7, 8, 9, 10 days straight. Dapat every 3 months or quarterly man ang reshuffling..pero ila na pud na e reason ang contract kay lage mao naa sa contract.

Aw kabalo na man diay ka daan nga naa na sa contract, nagyawyaw pa ka... How did you know nga mao ra ni nga center and account ang gachange ug sched every week. Have you been to other centers, for you to sound so sure? nagpataka na pud mug tuplok.

I know one fact, this is the only center nga puro reklamador ang mga "AHENTE". Or should I say "LIMA" ra man diay sila diri gabalik balik.

Naa man pud ning-ani nga mga rants sa among kompanya, pero ang mga ahente igo ra man sila rants unya ug maexplainan and nasatisfy sila, muhilom naman.

Kamalas sad sa TP nga ntunungan silag mga tawo nga ISUG RA SA MGA BLOGS.

murag di jud ka happy sa imo nahimutangan karon.the best thing you can do is to leave the company and search for ur happiness.simple as that.

The problem is, they cant, because they left their previous company for greener pasture, not knowing that CCAP regulates salary rates.

Actually they use TP as a scapegoat. I would not leave a Convergys kung dili alanganin akong performance. Or I would not leave my company If Im aiming and working hard to be promoted. Or sa ilang ginaclaim prior, I would not leave Convergys if they pay me well.

Dili lang jud nila matanggap ilang FAILURE. NEVER PA JUD SILA NIAMIN NA IT WAS THEIR FAULT AS WELL.

Puro lang rant. Mao ng gamay mali sa TP biklan daun to cover their shortcomings too....

Others are wala na sa TP... BITTERNESS na lang ng ilaha aron makabalos sila because they have been ****ED REALLY HARD and wa jud sila kabalos...MGA LOSER JUD!

Basic is 14k +2k(premium) but THIS IS NOT entirely THE MONTHLY QUOTE

the rate mentioned is for 172 WORKING HOURS in a month
which BARELY happens in a YEAR!!!

8hrs = 1day
10days(Average per cut off) = 80 working hours
20days(average in a month) = 160 working hours

172 hours? PIKAT! I dont know how they calculated that but
even at 21 working days in a month, it would only be 168 hrs tops!!

Whoever calculated this rate is a Math DIMBULB!!

so TP is screwing you with the expected 14k Basic COZ IT WILL ONLY HAPPEN like TWICE A YEAR!!

14,000 basic pay is divided into an average of 174 working hours per month.
This comes out at 80.46/hour

Since AGENTS of teleperformance are paid on an HOURLY basis, using the 174 hours as basis is IMPORTANT in calculating the pay.

How the hell did they derive 174 hours?
Answer :

According to LAW, there are 261 working days in a CALENDAR YEAR, this excludes the weekends and the declared holidays.

FORMULA : 261 / 12 = 21.75 AVERAGE working days/month
: 21.75 x 8 hours = 174 working hours / month

Going back to the computation of the pay.

14,000 Basic Pay divided by 174 hours = 80.46/hour
2,000 Experience Premium divided by 174 hours = 11.49/hour

Using NOVEMBER 2011 as an example to calculate the pay of an EXPERIENCE AGENT...

GIVEN that the shift is 9pm - 6am Tue - Sat shift

1st half pay-out :

TOTAL WORK HOURS : 83 hours

Basic Pay : 88 * 80.46 = 7,080.48
Exp. Premium = 88*11.49 = 1,011.12
TOTAL 1st pay out = 8,091.6

2nd half pay-out
TOTAL WORK HOURS : 96 hours

Basic Pay : 96 * 80.46 = 7,724.16
Exp. Premium = 96 * 11.49 = 1,103.04
TOTAL 2nd Pay out = 8,827.20

BTW, just recently knew that someone from recruitment is tasked to forward whatever is posted here to Manila. But TP is still not going to do anything about the pay because only our site (Cebu) is complaining like this.

Ok so I guess we should try using your direct questions to our customers and see what happens to our QAs?There you go, you indirectly admitted that you are still working for TP, how would you know if the spiel is updated or not if your not with the company right? Can you access MyCSP outside the company?Anyway, about the spiel...It is our choice which spiel we want to use.

Ketan, if the client will hear you using the spiel, you can be removed from your program.

You are already violating a LOT of the Non-Disclosure Agreement.

Aside pa lang daan sa inyong pag ka unprofessional, you can be filed with DAMAGES for creating infractions detrimental to the company's business.
