Its not about blaming. It is just all about FALSE HOPES. I now they know this issue already thats why theyre promoting Cebuano people now. I know there are a few cebuano agents who wont be taking calls next week. Thats a good start.
I understand your explaination as to why the manilenyos got the 1st promotion and i do find it reasonable. But then again, Epectations must always be set to avoid disappointments

What?!? a 16k basic would mean 6k highest per cut off?? Are you serious?? Does That Include Night Diff? If it is, Then I beg to disagree. Most of us here have callcenter Experience. Most coming from Big companies and some are from small ones and we're pretty sure our 15days would be around half of our basic.
Do you know Qualfon? whos basic is like 12.5k? Theyre getiting 6k per cut off perfect attendance. How is that then? Are you saying theyre wrong? Might wanna read their thread. The pay is small but atleast they can EXPECT that. Here in TP? HELL NO WAY 6k for a 16k BASIC Salary

We already have our answers about the pay and thats why we are now ranting about it. And thats also the reason why we keep questioning it coz we were never given enough details about it. We expected those details disclosed without even asking. That is setting of expectation!
