Requirements are Any Government Id, Like SSS,TIN,POSTAL,Updated NBI Clearance, Any of those,
and Payslip,or Certificate of Employment, or ITR. It depends on the company you work.. if your company is A Top Corporation on our date base. you can submit 1 month payslip. and if not you can submit 3months payslip.. but i prefer ITR.
