I guess this position doesn't necessarily need to be on a night shift since what you need to do is to simply assign the leads or prospect customers to Publishing Consultants/Sales reps.. Unless there are other things that has to be done other than assigning leads..

i'm currently working for xlibris.. mother company is authorsolutions and is divided into different brands. the environment is okay. the facilities may not be as great as it can be but you wouldn't really be able to notice it anymore because you'd deliberately focus on working and contacting as much authors as you can so you will be able to make a sale and subsequently hit your quota and EARN COMMISSIONS for the month's hardwork. they will give you reasonable quotas every month. the more you perform, the better your leads will be so therefore you have to make sure you'd be able to maintain your position to be fed with the "Better leads". that's partly true and partly false. first of all, there is no such thing as a bad lead. the technique is to call as many as you can so ul have more prospects and therefore be able to get a lot of chances of closing sales at the end of the month. hard selling? its more on consultative since you will be speaking with author. some highly intellectual, some.. well? just probably curious. but if you are the type who enjoys random conversations and earn at the same time? well, go ahead and send your resumes to xlibris. it's the best company you can ever work for.

PINAKA GENEROUS. WILL NEVER LET YOU GO HUNGRY. WILL LET YOU FORGET WHAT DEBT IS.

its not just happening in xlibris sweetie.. thats universal.. and in the first place, employees would resort to this because they're expecting to gain money out of it.. i know you would do the same if you have the chance,. i know i would.
