Since we are talking about "DRAFT STEAL" we could not include Ben Wallace and John Starks since they were never drafted.
. I would say without a doubt 13th pick Kobe Bryant. What he has done for the league and achieved in his career is unimaginable and unexpected from a player selected after 12 picks. 12 teams, 12 chances to select the player who would become the closest thing to Michael Jordan.
