This is one thing which makes PCX at the top of my list when it comes to computer shops.

They value their costumers and good after sales service.

@darkraven: Every consumers have rights to change item upon 7 days direct replacement and change item. I've done that in PCX! @TS: You ask for an upgrade and you will be adding extra amount depending to the item you want to change.

Bro, by law and yes its a law, e google naa rana sa ph dti site. Dili pwede mu change item if ang reason is "change of mind" lang, even if its before 7 days. Pwede mu change item if defective, or found out that not to spec (pangilad) ang item. And the term "the customer is always right" = is take care of your customers in the business point of view, dont take the phrase literally kay mu backfire nya na nig sue nimo nya nig abot sa court ikaw day to pwerting sayupa.

TS: but kana case nimo, ma consider raman na nga upgrade, if under 7 days mu sugot ra ang pcx ana. Or maybe naa silay restocking fee. sturyahi lang og tarong.

ang uban ana boss tuyuon jud abli aron pagbutang sa warranty sticker. wala diay ka nila patan-awa boss? sa imo man na atubangan i open ang item den butangan nila sa warranty or ila ipakita...

@johnwall - as long as the unit is working fine and complete pa tanan items that goes along with the package ok rana, sa pag butang na og stickers for warranty.
