first nagpalit ko og soundcard na creative. then ako gipawarranty. ako giuli after a few days kay nadaot ambot ngano. then dili sila muilis kay wa daw stock balik lang 3 days after. pagdayon nako gawas ako nakit-an sa ila shelf naa pa mga 8 kabook pero nagdali manko ato nga time wa na lang ko ni balik. when the third day came wa pa daw nagship og new stock ang supplier then ako gicheck ang ila display wala na jud tuod. i came back the same day after i asked our operator to call them and wala na ko nagt-shirt, nakaformal na uniform sa office. dili na "dong" ang tawag sa ako "sir" na. then when i ask for the sched kalit lang ni sulti "sir naa na ang replacement sa imo sound card.". unsa to magic... so ako ra tong gipalabay kay first time man to nako nila. when i bought some other things from them including a diskette. check nako before nako iformat nahibong ko nga naay sulod. pag-open nako picture sa ilang mga staff. nagduda na nuon ko kung ang ako gipamalit nila kay brand new ba or used na... pagkafaet jud... since then wa na jud ko mupalit nila...

What mybe good sa uban my not be good for all. And based sa exprience sa uban nga nag sulti sa tino-od way labot mga bakakon , I believe you. Sa pcquickbuys wala pako ka RMA pero sa mga news ron experience sa uban, gikuyawan nakong mupalit, hehehe , ang uban nga store kasagaran duna may gyoy talent nga mo rocket gyud ba, klarong ug tataw nga pagka sulti sales lng ilang gi hunahuna and not good costumer service, maayo ani mga as istorayas mag tinabangay gyud ta, ug naay store angay filan ug complain mag strike ta diri ug mo sulti gyud sa tinuoray nilang baho, ug my atty diri, engr, doctor nga kinahanglan, hehehe mutabang gud ta pinubring tabang ba pero siniguro may good result.

nindot ni da.... mga bad experience ang pang hisgutan....

Naa pud koy amigo, istoryan pud sya. nakapalit ug dvd writer sa PCX, it was broken after a month of use. He returned it and ask for the warranty. thinking of replacing of new unit, but after 3-4 weeks later. the replacement unit that was given to him was still the same unit. wala ilisi... . I don't know what he did with his deffective unit, maybe he will used it as decoration for his christmas tree for this coming christmas.

These are the store that i am not recommending:

- Electroworld
- PCX (pero madada pa kay barato man gud, pero thoroughly check the item when buying kay probs pag claim sa warranty

these are the stores that lacks customers service and tech persons that lacks competence.
Most of the time, wala kaila o kahibaw kong unsay maayo nga part o unsay new trend sa technology.
Lack of product knowledge, Don't even know what are the best hardware nowadays.
Layo ra kaayo nang mga tawhana nato, when it comes to computer building.
We all have the knowledge, coz we research. sila ambot.... .

according to my friend, the problem of his dvd writer still exist. The fact is he bought another dvd writer....
