In our bid to become the top outsourcing vendor in the Philippines, we focus on the projects that are best suited to outsource to the local workforce. These include back office functions as well as high-end services associated with Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO): IT-enabled processes, software and web development, creative design and English language moderation and vetting services.

JOB TITLE QA TESTER

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·Develop and maintain automated frontend/backend test cases, identify test strategies, and automate test cases in a suite of tools that include PHP Unit and Selenium
·Work closely with interaction designers, product managers and back-end engineers to understand the product architecture and work on identifying, designing or enhancing existing test frameworks to support front-/backend test development and unit tests

REQUIRED SKILLS

·Experience in Web UI automated testing
·Experience with Web UI automation tools such as Selenium
·Hands-on experience with back-end testing
·Performing root cause analysis to identify problems in design and/or implementation
·Rapid learner and passionate about testing
·Experience in creating test plans for applications
·Good analytical and problem solving skills
·Work in rapid 2-4 weeks development cycles
·Knowledge of agile development methodology is a plus
·Good English written and verbal communication skills
·Familiarity with SVN, and bug tracking tools
·Team player with strong collaboration skills to work with various cross functional teams

ADDITIONAL SKILLS

·Experience with load and performance test tools for web applications
·Knowledge on any of the following is a plus: PHP, (X)HTML, CSS, JavaScript
·Ability to define and manage QA projects
