Being the thinking person.
Weeks prior to election day, COMELEC's precinct finder is down.
I smell the start of dayaan.
Divide and Conquer.
Divide
Confuse the people, bring down website so it causes confusion.
Conquer
Do the magic and fix those machines.
Outside the country it has already started on OFWs voting, people not on voter's list, on gma news, the woman was not able to vote her President as there was nothing on the receipt, but all others it was ok.
People handling the machines will not be able to know this because they are merely operators.
It seems nowadays it's easy to win elections, just have the money to pay for the company who makes the voting machines.

The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) announced the arrest of one of the three persons responsible for the hacking of the website of the Commission on Elections (Comelec) last month.
After three weeks of collaborative surveillance efforts between the Comelec, NBI and other government agencies, the 23-year old fresh graduate of an IT course was arrested in his home in Sampaloc, Manila on Wednesday night, authorities said.
NBI Director Virgilio Mendez said they have been examining the contents of his computer since Wednesday night and are hoping to release a full report by Thursday or Friday regarding the extent of information acquired by the hackers.
Mendez said the suspect admitted that the hacking was intended to show the vulnerability of the Comelec website.
He said the suspect may be charged for violating the Cybercrime Prevention Law.
Comelec Chairperson Andres Bautista gave the assurance that it was only the public information website that was hacked and not the website that will be used to display electoral results on May 9.
“Wala naman talagang epekto in the sense that iba rin ang gagamiting website para sa resulta ng May 9 elections. Itong na-hack niya ay public information website ng Comelec. Although kahit paano naantala mga ibang features tulad ng precinct finder. Kaya yung ibang botante gusto nilang malaman kung saan silang precinct minsan down yung aming precinct finder,” Bautista said in a conference at the NBI office Thursday.
“Sabi niya gusto niya lang siguraduhin na lahat ng security features ay ipatutupad ng Comelec. Sabi ko naman sa kanya we assured him lahat ng security features na nakasaad sa automated election law ay ipapatupad sa 2016 elections. Sabi ko hindi naman kailangan mag-hack kung nagsulat na lang siya at sinulat niya sa amin iyun ay masasagot naman naming kaagad,” he added.
The authorities could not yet say if the suspect is involved in the defacement of other government websites as investigation has not yet been completed. The suspect also told the NBI that he does not know the other two hackers personally and that they only knew each other through social media.
The poll body’s website was hacked by Anonymous Philippines last March 27 with the hackers urging the Comelec to implement security features of vote counting machines.
The authorities declined to give further details on the other persons involved in the hacking but Mendez confirmed that the other suspect is aged 20-years old.
In a separate interview with Mendez after the conference, he said the suspect did not seem bother about his arrest.
“Kung makikita mo parang hindi siya nahuli. He was just happy…nagpa-picture sa akin..hindi naman siguro happy pero hindi mo makikitang stressed siya.. he was just cooperative,” Mendez said.
“I think he is expecting, kasi alam niyang hinahanap siya. He was challenging the NBI…parang sinasabing hinahamon mo pa kami na hanapin ka,” he added.
The Comelec website was hacked and defaced allegedly by Anonymous Philippines. Shortly after, data of 55 million voters was leaked publicly and compromised data such as biometrics, dates of birth, email addresses, family members’ names, genders, home addresses, job titles, marital statuses, names, passport numbers, phone numbers, and physical attributes. The breach included 228,000 email addresses.
