Looking for a house for rent

We are a Korean House Consultancy/ Real Estate Company.
We currently are needing some help since we have 2 korean clients who wants to rent a house here in Cebu city for a year or more.
We will share the commission 50-50, you get the house, we give the client.


1st Client:


5 BR or more, 5 CR or at least, Fully furnished. Client can pay 2 months deposit, 2 months advance and PDC. They are good tenants, already been here in Philippines for a year, currently living in the condo, 1 couple, 1 brother, 2 guy friends.
* No problems with them since they are our client since then.


2nd Client:


6 BR or more, 5 CR at least, Fully Furnished, Budget is 200k below, Preferrably Banilad or Talamban Area, good tenants who works as online market trader. They are also all guys. Budget is unlimited, but still Deposit and Advance depends on the negotiation.
