even though they are criminals, still they have their rights. Law enforcers are responsible for peace and order and to capture those who breaks the law and not to torture them. What difference do they have from the criminals if they themselves are breaking the law? If you hate criminals, then you should stop acting like one.

hmmm, murag serious kau ni da. pero IMO dili lang pod i-torture, labi na kung ang rason (tinuod nga rason ug naay evidence gyud) kay naay masakiton sa hospital or something like that. Pwede presuhon nlang tungod kay sayop iyang gihimo, dili lang torture-on.
