i have smart bro prepaid and aside from using it to have internet to my desktop, i also want to use it as a connection to my wifi enabled phone.. i'm guessing i'm looking for the right gadget (wireless router). if not please let me know.

try looking for smart pocket wifi. you can use your smart bro SIm card and insert it to the smart pocket wifi. pocket wifi can connect 5 devices all at once... kaso medyo mahal from 2k to 3k pero sulit siya... call smart for more details.. router is bulky while pocket wifi u can bring it anywhere you want and very handy

Para dili masayang imong usb modem sir, palit lang ug 3g router. Iplug ra didto ang imo usb modem sa 3g router through it's usb slot and there you have it, your very own wireless internet sa imo house. There are many brands, like TP-Link, Aztech, etc.
