first is u need to find an online broker like BPITRADE.COM, COLFINANCIAL.COM etc/. you can go to philippine stock exchange website to look for an accredited broker. then once sign up nka u can buy shares being sold sa PSE. sayun ra basta naa puhonan. then once u bought shares wait lang ka if motaas na value u can sell to cash in ur profits.

Mangita kag broker didto sa PSE office coz you can't buy stocks directly sa kumpanya, bisan pa gi-offer ang stocks sa public (Initial Public Offering) Kung naa ka sa Cebu, the office is located sa Insular Building sa Ayala, I believe naa sila sa second floor or third floor basta pangutan-a ang guard.

Kung naa ka sa Manila, PSE is located sa Makati and Ortigas. Brokers will help you understand how Stock Exchange works, how to buy stocks, what's the bid/ask price, minimum stocks to buy, and what's the price per share, and methods on how you will be able to earn stock dividends, that's basically how much return on investment.

The more shares you have, the greater your ownership in that company, assuming ang capital structure sa company is only equity (common shares).

The company will get the money from these investors para gamiton nila sa ilang business, ug ang mga investors mahimo na silang part-owners aning kumpanyaha because they bought shares from the company.

One of these is through an online broker like COL, FirstMetro, BPITrade, etc. Retail investors like us would most likely use the services of these brokers.

Duha ka possibilities - price appreciation and dividends. Supposing, gipalit sa investor ang usa ka share ug P1 then after 5 years nahimo na kining P2, then ni appreciate iyang investment ug 100% in a span of 5 years. If you have a 5% interest in that company, then 5% sa total dividend nga gideclare sa company ang maadto nimo.

Ang akong nahatag nganhi basic information palang ni about PSE. If you're interested to invest in stocks, naay mga free seminars gipang offer ang mga brokers or you may read a book that tackles this subject from basic to advanced levels.
