Smartbro WiMax very disappointing

I applied for smartbro wimax and made to pay advances. To my dismay their technician said that their wimax cannot pick up signal in my house. How does that happend?? globe sun and smart have good signal in my cellphone.

WiMAX uses the 4G technology that allows data speeds of up to 10Mbps and uses a different technology as the one you are getting in your mobile phone which is the existent 2G/3G network (signal). Globe has the upper hand when it comes to WiMax though Smart had the lead in the Visayas area they have not taken the steps to upgrade their networks to support 4G.

Bati jud ni ai..cge lng kaputol..kalagot..nagregret jud ko why kani akong gkuha nga net..maayo pa nidretso nlng ko og pdt.
