Hi everyone,

Ask lang ko if naa bay seminar or training diri sa cebu city about robotics using LEGO MINDSTORM. kon naa, then when, where and if free ba or with fee and how much.

asa man d i ni pwede nga thread bai? I was thinking man gud nga somehow like hardware-related pud siya bai ba. sige ngita ko if asa ni siya pwede mabutang. thanx kay duha na ta nga interested ani bai.

i think sa software cguro ni siya. kay murag out of topic diri. and im interested para puno sa knowledge mao pa raba na ako interest. =)

@software section, this thread won't do any good either... robotics is a mix of software and hardware.. but more on Math though.. especially those complex robotic arms..

But I doubt if naa'y for LEGO MINDSTORM...

naa to sauna, seminar about Mechantronix... that was first semester, as far as I remember, sa USC-TC.. I think there's an upcoming Robotics Seminar in USC-TC computer engineering department.. but it won't do you good if mo-apil ka og seminar coz it'll be more of a talk. showcasing some projects..

anyways, you should know some basics, like, basic circuit, how to control Stepper motor (90 degrees, 360degrees, Clockwise, counterclockwise, etc...), create Photo diode sensors, switches, parallel and series connections, create countdown timer, up and down, etc.

or dive in to microcontrollers... search for PIC16F84A for basic microcontrollers.. ambot unsa gamit sa uban schools, but mao na among basic microcontroller.. a bit advance is PIC16F877A.. you should know Assembly or C language..

or create Logic Circuits which is more complex if used in robotics..

mao,,choy daw na ang mindstorm, maski jud daw elementary ma kaya ra..pero,wa q sure..nka bati rako ana..nahan sad ko mag kat-on ani...

pag 2nd week sa feb..naa,sa DOST banilad,,mga taga leyte nga dost gipang sminar..maestro nako speaker..project sako klasmet ang gpa demo..about Mechantronix man guro to...
