    Smile Product warranty


    Dont if this is the right place to ask but just want to ask regarding product warranty. refund / replacement? nakapalit man gud ko and the gusto nako pa refund nalang. kay kaduha na- na replace ang unit guba dayon nasad. term ato kay 6 months warranty. wa pay week guba dayon.

    "Minimum standards for warranties. - For the warrantor of a consumer product to meet the minimum standards for warranty, he shall:
    • (1) remedy such consumer product within a reasonable time and without charge in case of a defect, malfunction or failure to conform to such written warranty;

      (2) permit the consumer to elect whether to ask for a refund or replacement without charge of such product or part, as the case may be, where after reasonable number of attempts to remedy the defect or malfunction, the product continues to have the defect or to malfunction."

    naka palit ko og monitor sa gaisano interface bah niya under pasad sya sa warranty ako gibalik didto niya ila daw gipada sa supplier nila almost 1 month na gyud ala gihapon na au.. unsaon man ni nako? na taga tawag nako kai ila lang ko ingon wala pa daw parts sa naguba ... makalagot na kaau kai dugay niya gamitonon kaau nako

    di man ko nila ilisan .. ingon sila ila daw ipadala sa supplier.. ambot lang nila makalagot au .. sige lang ko panawag niya mo ana ala pa daw feedback sa supplier.. ako gi ingnan na if pwede mo ask ko number sa ila supplier para ako pod i follow up mo ana man di daw pwede... wala gyud sila au og after sales.. makalagot kaau i think di pod nila permi i follow up ako request ,,,

    tell them to replace it with a new one. youve done your part by patiently waiting for more than a month. otherwise, bluff them that DTI might check their establishment this week to verify your concern. do it properly (dont sound youre threatening them)

    naturally, atimanon ka nila dayon kay mahadlok na sila anhaan sa DTI or pulihan ba imong product. they will do anything to avoide negative publicity kay mo-affect man sad na sa ilang business.

    dont call them by phone for follow-up. meet them personally. tell them you want to talk to a manager or a supervisor. believe me it does a lot of wonders...

    go to dti if dnila ilisan bro....naa na sa balaod....lisod refund bro.....nagsa rana htbo but ang remedy and replacement gyd...e advertise if dmada
