automation is the start of the process ang pangutana sa comelec kung ila i-implement ang mga process na para malimpyo ang database nila for multiple precinct voters.

kung i-komparar nato ang manual ug automated, murag ang manual mao'y dali tikasan... gamitan lag pwersa, usab na resulta... ang automated, they will need to find the "love-bug" virus creator to hack the system... so, menos gyud ang tikas ani....
