Last year here's what i built for a client og wala kahurot sa iya 30k. wa na nako ma sag o ang actual brands og model but i'll try.

additional nalang ka ug video card + 1080p nga monitor then e diskless nimo ang setup para ka apas ka sa update sa mga online games. sa imong budget pwede naka gamit ug imba chairs and sa accessories nga arang2x nga eyecandy sa manuwaay ka invest. pero better if dili kaau mahal nga unit imong paliton sa computer para dali ra roi, sakto2x ra nga maka duwa ug medium to high settings with 60fps sa dota2 nya dili sad kaau kalas ug kuryente labi na sa processor, kay sa rate per hour nato dri cebu dili kaau dako, kasagaran 10 to 15php, nya kung mas mahal pa ana gamay nalang manuwa kay sakit na sa bulsa adto lang sila sa baratohon. kung available fibr sa location nga butangan much better kay kasagaran online games na ang duwa.on bisag unsa pana nga offline game e butang kung way net mingaw gyud ang shop, wala kaau replay factor ang mga offline games ron..

monitor: Asus VX239H 23” IPS LED frameless (8,500) wala na uso ang mga 19 inch monitors karon..1080p gaming is way better.
cpu: intel 4160 -(5k)
motherboard: asus h81 (2.4k)
gpu: zotac GTX 750/750ti -(5.5K-6.5k))- connect nmo HDMI sa asus monitor.
psu: corsair VS450 - (1.7k)
ram: 4GB DDR3 1600/1866 ram =(1.4k) (any brand will do..no need to buy "gaming rams") or 8GB ram (1.8-2k)
casing: no need for fancy casing pwede ra generic basta naa rear ug kilid fan budget(600-1k)
hard drive: go for diskless set up.
keyboard, mouse and AVR (800-1500k)
A4tech HS-800 headset (600-800)

based sa prices (pinaka low) na gi reflect sa taas, mahulog ug tag 26,500 php per unit (swak sa budget ni TS)... pila pud ka months or years ang ROI ani? mura'g taod2x gyud ni maka bawi ta ani nya... "nice to have" ni sya na HW gyud for an iCafe pero, ang bottom line man sa negosyo kay ang ROI and Profit... basin ma abtan ta'g syam2x kun kani na HW config ang i-invest... nice gyud hinoon ni para games na mag require high Quality GFX presets @ 1080p (less those very GFX demanding ones)... but this HW config is an overkill for MOBA kun kani na game genre ang usual duwaon sa mga clients...

sa akoang tan-aw lang kun kani na HW ang i-invest sa iCafe owner, "palanga kaayo nya ang mga clients kay nag provide siya'g very gaming capable HW"... but, gi 2nd priority nya ang ROI... kun mahal ang hourly rate para ma compensate ang gasto and to maintain the targeted ROI, basin langawon pud ang iCafe... kun duol sa College (University), nice gyud hinoon ni na HW config... maka saka man ug price on the hourly rental kun in ani na location dba?

I suggest tagda muabot ang intel g4500 cpu sa pinas which has 24 gpu shaderss than g4400 12 shaders ra. gamay ra deperensa. 500 peso.

first question : Location sa cafe < it matters for ROI and Crowd quality >

1 : Look for PC Store with 2 years warranty for 2 years of peace of mind. specially for Monitors and KB and Mouse

2 : DO NOT BUY pre fabricated Computer boxes, its very expensive for it's cost. it's almost a rip off!
Make you own computer box if you want stand alone units. hire a good carpenter and painter

3 : SKYLAKE is the new kid in the block, so spend on nothing less than LGA1151

: Have a G4500 or i3 6320 for a procie + LGA 1151 H110 motherboard
: 8GB < 2 x 4GB > DDR4 RAM
