Unblock my Note 3 SM-N900S

How it happened: I bought this just recently. I tested the unit before buying it. There were no problems with the all features. I even connected to a wifi network using my tablet's tether network, but with no internet, just to see if the wifi works. It was fine so I bought it and performed a factory reset inside settings. After I got home, I connected to my wifi network with internet, then the "Please call me" screen appears.

Solutions I've tried:
I've tried another factory reset and wiping the cache using the recovery menu (power + home + volume up). When I rebooted, it's still the same.

Parehas ba ni sa icloud lock feature sa ios?

I think so, yeah. I think it's Samsung's version of iCloud lock.

I also have a Note 3 bought from a person but I had him factory reset the unit first before anything else then tried all the functions if it is working. When everything seemed fine and good, then I bought the phone. Ana nalang next time sir. And yes, it's the emergency feature of the Note 3 so it's kinda hassle jud.

if im not mistaken, that is a lock feature bro of the owner when his/her unit is stolen and was registered unit in his/her samsung account.. the only way to unlock it is thru the pin number he set to lock the unit or to have it unlock in the samsung website.. just my thought..

Mao lage sir, sayup kaayo to sa akong part nga wala ko ni.insist mag.meet mi og place nga naay available wifi.. hassle jd kaayo.. learn my lesson
