Our franchised outlet across jcenter mall in AS Fortuna is for sale for 250k including 70k worth of stocks, franchise until Oct 2018 and everything else inside the store (tables, chairs, glass displays, display racks,reloader, etc). Franchise has no royalty fee. The business is running smoothly, all you have to do is take over it. Our products include baby and adult diapers and cleaning agents such as dishwashing liquid, detergent powder and bar, fabric conditioner, etc. We are also into reloading and selling simcards. The store already has an established mga suki who buys for reselling aside from walk in clients.

Im forced to sell the business because i just gave birth 2 months ago and am now having difficulties balancing my shifting duty at work, family (ive got a toddler and a newborn), breastfeeding and the business.
