i am a trainee in this company for 1 week and 1 day to be exact. Last monday, october 10 i came in 3 minutes late... then the next day when i was at the gate of my office i cannot enter the facility because when i swipe my ID, the computer states that i am suspended. The HR texted me that she will talk to me regarding my 3-minute late. Unfortunately, they decided to terminate me in the training program because of my 3-minute late. My question is... is this legal for the company to terminate me just for my 3-minute late? I signed the contract without that rule. Is this legal to the labor code? Need you help.
