Relay on Piso2x Circuit Question?

Good Day

Ask lang ta ko ug advice to all istoryans who knows how to make piso2x timer circuit. I've been building piso2x box for almost 2 years from now, pero sa karon na mga bag-o na stocks na naabot sa mga timers kay murag dali raman manga-daot o mo bigay ang stock relays nila. Naay naka advice nako didto sa electronics na mag double relay lang daw ko para sure. Wala nalang pud ko naka pangutana niya unsa-on pag butang sa back-up relay kay nag dali man gud siya. Need lang ko sa inyo advice diri if sakto ba ni ako gi buhat.



Ingon pud sila na maayo daw ni na klase sa relay pang back-up. ang problema lang nako kay maka libog man. Daghan kaayo siya ug ti-il



Hope someone maka enlighten up kay basin ma sayang lang unya ang timer if ma short nako.

hay abi nako naa na ni hatag ug advice. Actually bro were in piso2x business for almost 2 years na. ang problema lang ani karon new stocks sa relay na dala sa timers dali mo palyar. Mao ask ko ug advice unsa maayong paagi sa pag butang ani gi tawag nila na back-up relay.

anyways, to be sure you can apply 12v sa coil pins, bisag asa ang polarity, para makit.an nimo ang behavior, if you have one..


not sure asa ang Normally Open or Normally Close sa imu picture bro, kay reversible man gud na xa, Top/Bottom of PCB. (you can use tester anyways, naa'y connection from Common to Normally Close, and no connection from Common to Normally Open)

this is a typical Relay Connection bro.. wala pa tong DPDT.. wait lang.. ^_^



You'll know where the coil would be, if you have a 9v battery or 12v Supply,
butangi og Voltage ang Coil pins, DC+v and GND.

You'll hear a clicking sound, same goes with the DPDT (Double Pull, Double Throw) relay.. based sa picture imu gi-pakita, makit.an nimo nga mo-lihok ang metal since transparent ang case. will create Illustration taud2x..

actually, ang buhaton anang Circuit sa Timer, is to give DC+v sa Relay.. IF the time is up, it'll release the DC+v and thus it'll turn off your appliance/device that you'll use.

The relay is a mechanical switch, controlled by a voltage through coil.

Typical Switch is setup like this,
