Good Day!

I would like to ask of your opinion regarding with my case.
I applied for training for Japan through FAST inc.
But one document is not acceptable to them, its my birth certificate.
I'm "Jr." but my fathers name inputed doesn't have "Sr.".
The rest of my documents like marriage contract has info of "Sr.".
I was born at Pasay City.

What should I do?
The agency told me to file a supplementary information.
